Current Position
I am the Head of the Incorpora Project at Fundação António Aleixo, where I work as an Incorpora technician focused on employment integration and long-term professional inclusion. Alongside this role, I support the foundation’s communication efforts, helping elevate its branding, strategic thinking, and overall presence. My goal is not only to drive employment outcomes through the Incorpora project, but also to contribute to the professionalisation of the social sector by applying structured strategy, clear communication, and strong visual identity. I aim to help social impact initiatives operate with the same clarity and standards as high-performing organisations.
